  • Sustainable subsidiary, generating up to 6M Turkish Lira revenue, covering all business lines, up to 10 people
  • From June 2009 to August 2011, I’ve led the building, launch and run of the office. Then I’ve got involved again in 2014 to bring the subsidiary back on track on all business lines, with higher deal sizes, new product launches and changing competitive environment
  • Highly involved in Revenue generation, ie. active role in sales growth, daily interactions with customers, sales team management, quarterly target definition, marketing action plan definition and roll-out.
  • Also involved in customer success management (user satisfaction), accounting new software Navision rollout, bad debt recovery and general office rules support.

Channel Director for EMEA Emerging Markets

  • From 2011 to 2014, I’ve been appointed to launch the prospection and identification of indirect sales opportunities in the EMEA emerging countries, mainly with telecom operators and System Integrators. Back on the activity in 2017 – 2018 with a specific focus on the NTT Group Companies.
  • Main achievements :
    • Win of a partnership deal with telecom operator Koç.Net (Vodafone) for resell activities. Lead of the resell channel business with Koç.Net sales team (12 people).
    • Signature of a structural agreement with Saudi Telecom operator Nour.Net.
    • Won deal with Dimension Data on ABSA Bank in South Africa for an Annual Contract Value de 1M€. Direct responsability of the Contract Negotiation.

Go-To-Market (GTM) & Readiness Manager for EMEA Emerging Markets

  • I’ve been led the EMEA Emerging Markets GTM for regional new products launches, with the Digital Events Business Line in 2013, the Video SaaS Collaboration Business Line in 2015 and the Unified Communications (UC) Business Line in 2018.
  • Main responsabilities is the GTM strategy definition, Build & Run process definition, Internal Training Plan, First Deals qualification and closing, Delivery follow-ups.
